Grandview is Pure-Arch's reading of magnificence: persuasion by proportion, not display. Twin towers enclose a central garden of nearly a hectare; the nine-metre lobby, laid in full-body stone and walnut, receives every homecoming in quiet.

The Art of Proportion
Facade divisions align strictly to the structural module. The ratio of window, wall and slab went through dozens of studies — only so it reads well from far and near alike.
Interior amenities were designed by the same team, carrying the architectural language indoors until inside and outside are one.
