Set in a quiet lane of County Zone III, Timelight is a collective housing project on the theme of time. A fair-faced concrete base carries the weight of the everyday, while the upper facade is laid in terracotta brick that registers the light — every dawn and dusk leaves a different expression on the wall.

Traces of Time
Terracotta ages beautifully. Twelve rounds of prototyping with our masons found the mix and bond that will mellow gracefully through Zhubei wind and rain.
The corner setback became Timelight Plaza — a gift to the street, where old trees were kept and benches face the sunset, gathering the neighbourhood without trying.
