Serene is a small residence with a deep heart. At only sixty households, we could spend our attention on detail: universal barrier-free circulation, two quiet homes per floor, and a reading courtyard wrapped in trees. A serene life is a design decision — and a promise.

Two households per floor with daylight on both sides — our baseline for the quality of living.
The courtyard is planted with native Taiwanese species that flower and shed with the seasons, so children meet the rhythm of the land at their own front door.
